Fluky u need to organize an s2ki track day
At grand bend?! Unlikely... I've thought about it, would be cool. I'd do it if I get deposits paid in full.

Actually, I'll email the tracks and find out the costs, now I'm sorta curious
I used to do that for a number of years at Gingerman Raceway in Michigan. I was the head organizer. It cost $2,500 U.S for a weekday, we had about 60 Honda guys show up and we ran all day long and had the entire track to ourselves. Corner workers included. That was about 15 years ago. We ran 4 groups of 15 cars in 20 minute sessions from 9am to 5pm. It was a great yearly event. We had food (lunch), door prizes, trophies, and T-shirts made up for the event. I did it for a few years, it was a lot of work and I was starting to get worried about accidents or lawsuits. I imagine the cost is going to be much higher nowadays, along with the cost of insurance etc.

Insurance? I thought the track has an insurance included in the cost?

We did get some basic track insurance included in that price, I think that just protected the track owners from damage and lawsuits, it didn't protect the organizers against lawsuits.

Maybe just have a track day that everyone goes to on a week day. 9-5pm. Might only have a handful of other cars there.

I didn't mean book the track. We should set a date that is flexible and works for everyone that plans to attend and we just show up and ore register if possible.

Honda House is my dealership. I have been considering having a Honda Track Day at Grand Bend Raceway.

For now, the cheapest way is to get a group to agree on one of the Thursday Nights. We could go into Grand Bend afterwards for dinner.

I'd rather book the track, have an s2000 day. Doing this at Mosport DDT would be absolutely incredible, I think. I actually just inquired about the cost of renting the DDT track. I can get us hooked up for an s2000 track day at TMP with the connection I have if we go that way too. Would be like $100 for the day (I believe) on a Saturday/Sunday.
