How accurate are these tracks? Any idea how they compare to iracing where tracks are replicated w/ extreme detail? And, if one wanted to build the DDT, how robust are the tools when it comes to elevation changes?

You use a tablet app to make em. If you have an ipad or android just look up gt6 track path editor. There are hacked versions on android to make it more versatile. Elevation change is not controllable exactly. There are some pre determined elevation changes which you can draw on top of.
