quick off topic, but i think the 407 should still be pay as you go, but without speed limits. Your fee ranges based on how quickly you travel from point to point on a sliding scale. If you go the speed limit the cost is less than if you go fast. course, we'll all just sit by the side of the road after we blast along for a time to reduce our fee.
anyway, the GTR guy shoulda been going faster, then he wouldn't have been caught.

My assumption is the kid slowed down and the cops detected him on the decel or estimated his rate of speed via chase. According to this article the exact speed has not been confirmed. - http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2014...ghway_407.html
