I think you need to remove the interior panel behind the seat so you can get to those bolts to tighten them up.
Did you do the install original or did a dealer? If a dealer did then they should fix this problem. If you did the install it is my understanding that it is now your issue, the dealer will still be willing to fix it, but it can not be a warranty claim. Or are you out of warranty already? I forgot what your mileage was.

I pick mine up after work today, I took it in for the 15k mile service, I also need the brakes flushed, a tech inspection, the alignment checked and another 1/2 degree of negative camber added to the rear. I also told them I need a new '03 gas cap and to check for ECU issues. Every once in a while, while stopped at a light my idle will drop to about 800 rpms, to me that is too low.
