Help Me Find My 2007 LBP **UPDATE**
Hey everyone!
My first car I purchased as a young man was a 2007 Laguna Blue Pearl S2000. I loved that car so much and took such great care of it. During the time that I owned it, it had been in movies, car shows, and a few fun drives locally. Within a few years I got married, bought a house, and introduced my daughter into this world. It was at this time that I had to part ways with my S2K. Regretfully, I traded it in and hoped to one day reunite with her. I traded her in at a Honda Dealership in Shreveport, Louisiana. I pretty much stopped lurking the forums after this and some time later I decided to sign in. I had a few unread private messages. One of them was someone who was from Canada who saw my baby on a car lot. They Googled the VIN number and came across a for sale post I made on the forums when I attempted to sell her before trading it in. I'm not sure if this person ended up buying the car. I replied, but like an idiot, erased the message. Regardless, this showed me that somehow my car had made it from Louisiana to Canada. Since then I would often Google the VIN to see if anything would ever pop up. The VIN# is JHMAP21467S001003.
Through owning an S2000 I had a lot of friends at the Honda dealership and many of them still friends to this day. Today I decided to message one of them who still happens to work at the dealership and asked if they could look up the VIN to at least provide a location. He pulled it up and discovered that it was last seen on 4/22/2014 in Ontario and it had 80,000 Miles/130,000 Kilometers on it. The first owner to have it after me had it for 2 years and 4 months. The current owner has had it for 1 year and 3 months. There are no accidents reported either.
That's a lot of probably unnecessary information but I'm curious if this group could help identify the current owner as they are likely in the Ontario area.
Here is an image that shows it pretty close to how I had it before I sold it minus a carbon fiber spoiler that was on the back.

I don't believe the current owner is on s2ki I'm sorry to say 
. The current owner would have had the car for the previous season, and I don't recall any new LBP owners. Unless they just haven't posted or come to any meets...

You can find the info you need here by ordering the UVIP using the VIN. Once you have that, you should be able to track down the current owner and offer to buy the car back or at least ask for dibs if the car is for sale again. Good luck!
