(Yes, my car has the first one made by PRM) we used my car as a test vehicle.
Yes, it is noticeable - not 400hp noticeable, but maybe like 5-10hp noticeable.
Sound is PERFECT.
It is a CAI, but because of positioning and design, you don't have to worry about water intake.
Power gain is across the powerband with noticeable increases in VTEC territory.
Further gains can be had with the use of a fuel computer (i.e. Apex'i V-AFC).
