HT Question
What needs to be installed onto the car for the contact points that lock the HT down?
How many contact points are there?
How much does the kit go for in Canada if I were to get it from a dealer?
(I see a required kit for $138 @ hardtopguy.com)
Thanks.

Not sure exactly what needs to be installed as my car had it all but as far as contact points.
Strikers where the softtop latches and then 2 pins behind the seats where the softtop folds down (near the roll hoops). You also need the defroster switch.
Best bet is probably to drive to Ganley with the other guys and get it done

Terrence, Steeley is correct. You will save quite a bit of $$ and receive better service from Ganley. They did his Blue Soft Top btw.
This may help ? This document below goes on for about 10 more pages..

Ganley's in Ohio.
Terence, I'm in the process of getting a hardtop from hardtopguy, for an '03, you will need kit-c -- I do not recall what it entails, for certain models, they don't need a kit as it is already pre-installed from factory (e.g. '01 SPAs in Canada). Ask any questions you may have to Jeff / hardtopguy; he's usually good with his PMs and he'll get back to you in a few days.
if you want one too, PM him maybe we can deliver both tops to Niagara and we can make a day of it and get it installed down there.

Ohio eh... that's a bit far as I do not want to drive all the way down there.
Hyper: I really just need that Kit-c as I will have the HT next week. It seems pretty steep tho for two things u install behind ur seat for the strikers.
