Being a Canon guy myself, not nearly as serious as you though, I have never even touched a Nikon piece of equipment so I was interested in hearing your reason and opinion now that you've made (or are in the process of making) the switch.
Good luck with the sale...I pass it on to the Nikon users I know.

I am interested in the 70-200 and the D200, if I got both, can you knock the price down a bit more?
Does the 70-200 and D200 come with all original accessories?
What is the condition of both of these items?
By the way, do you have the TC-20E II teleconverter?
I'm also assuming your prices are in $CAD ??

i will take pics of them tomorrow ... but generally they are in very good condition except minor scratches on some corners...
OEM accessories are included... (i have to find those terminal caps... LOL)

here is some pics of the D2X... will have pics of D200 tomorrow.. but you can expect almost the same condition... as for lenses... they are all in mint condition ... may have some scratches on the hood for some, but mostly in excellent condition
