Import Fest
 

It was actually pretty decent. I enjoyed it more than the Import Showoff I went to while I was living in California a couple of years ago.

There was a lot of rice there, but I especially enjoyed the yellow S2000 (all stock except for Rick's leather center console), and I was seriously digging all the tuned Subaru's, especially the right hand drive WRX STI that was imported from Japan. Very cool.

My favorite colour scheme were the few cars there that were black with black wheels. Very cool.

There was a red S2000 there with 19" rims and some ugly wing on the back that was misguided at best.

I'm still thinking about those tuned WRX's. Damn those cars are sweet.

I got about 26 pics. But I have to get them developed and then scan them. I can bring them to the meet on the 14th.

Hey I went too. :) My friends cars didn't win anything at the Slipstream booth (yellow Cougar), but I was really suprised another guy with that team with the redish Porsche 993 cabriolet also didn't win anything. In my opinion that Porsche should have been best Euro.

:mad: I left at 1am cause I had to wait for the entire team to go and stuff, but when I got to the skydome underground parking someone broke into my car!!! :mad: :mad: my friends and I all purposely drove together in my car because we thought no one would bother stealing it and we parked in $15 skydome parking! argh, the cruel irony. Now I have to pay $350 to fix the broken window and get it retinted. :mad:

Aww man that really sucks. I would have run around the parking lot screaming like an idiot :D
