Which insurance company is best?
Hi Everyone,
I am coming up to renewal and I was wondering which insurnace company is best. Also I had my car stolen this year and will that affect my insurance (the company said it won't). Any thoughts

I'm with State Farm. I've checked around, and they always seem to have the best price. Granted, I've been with them since '86 and I have multiple cars, a bike, and homeowner's policies with them, plus a clean driving and claims record. Sorry to hear about your car. I remember reading about it while I was still undecided between the S2000 and the S4.

I am with Meloche Monex. My wife works for TD Securities and gets a group rate with them. I am not sure what the rate would be otherwise. It was the best quote that I got for the 00-S, 02-325xi and my condo.

Weird, I just got a phone call yesterday morning at around 8am from Canada Trust/Primmum (Now owners of Primmum Insurance, formerly Canada Life and Casualty Insurance)...
They asked me if I wanted to renew my policy with them (coming up March 02, 2002).
My insurance premium is now < $100/month on my S2000 full coverage, $500 deductible, $1,000,000 all around. (Down from ~ $185/month). I was paying around $235/month for the GS-R...crazy.
How do you like that? Great way to start the day...heheheh
