just put in a new motor...

Booyahh... Motor drive baby... now i can shoot at 6 fps (like i ever will ... one roll of 36 exp finishes in 6 seconds.. imagine that!) and i don't have to rewind by hand... motor can get a 36 exp roll rewinded in 4.5 seconds!!! yeah baby!!! :D

this thing is just unreal.. makes totally changes the handling of the camera... :)

Very nice Mannn, now all you need to start on is a very expensive colour darkroom. Digital can't compare with working and creating in a darkroom.

you're a machine !

Mannn 10-22-2004 04:10 AM

LOL... Motu... i was thinking of black and white darkroom... but maybe in a few years... colour darkroom is too expensive.. might as well let someone do it... :D

Yo! Nice stuff. Fred, if you got a darkroom, that would be really going backwards. But it's definitely fun stuff. When I was in high school, I utilized my school's B/W equipment - great learning experience.

I got a serious question for you though - how do you plan to carry your stuff? Do you plan to carry *everything* in a single bag or carry your digital stuff and film stuff separately and take whichever you need? This is the question I have right now... and it's giving me a hard time deciding what kind of camera bag to get. I know this much - I want some kind of back pack.

John... that's the problem i have as well... as the lens collection grows.. it's already hard to just make a "grab and go" bag. now i just have to anticipate the shots i will be taking and take what i need. ususally a mid-range plus a 80-200 would be good enough for shooting cars... :p however, the headache comes when I plan to shoot portraits outdoor... (still tend to bring everything from 50/1.8 to 80-200 and Flash for filling)

my friend has been using this, and he is quite happy with it (can store a camera with 80-200 attached)

I am using this (without the hard case)... but i think i might get this in the near future.

Mannn with 3n's...trade your S2000 in for one of these....it should fit all your stuff...
