Looking for a 06 GPW that I sold to a guy in Toronto
 

I sold my first S2000, a GPW 06, to a guy who's name I think was Vince and I believe was a police officer in Toronto. He was a really cool guy and flew down to Ohio to pick it up in 2010. I am now on my 2nd S2000 and totally regret selling my first, especially given the hard to find color combo. Now I find myself wondering what ever became of that car.

So anyone have any leads on a 06 GPW that was purchased from Ohio around 2010?

Perhaps post up the last 4 digits of the VIN. Could have passed to a new owner

I can see if I can find that anywhere, truthfully I am not sure I still have that info. If it did pass to a new owner my thought is that it stayed in Canada

I know a guy named Vince who is a Toronto cop that purchased an s2000 in the states a few years back... BUT, I think I remember the car being red. I'll need to verify.

No way, that has to be him! What would be the odds of another Toronto cop buying an S2000 from the states?! I bet you it was white. Did he use to own a Porsche 911?

Find out and let me know, I would love to know what became of that car.

I have 2006 S2000 in GPW with Black interior that I bought in Toronto about 5 years ago. I believe it came out of Illinois.
It is in mint shape and I will be putting in up for sale in early April. I love the uniqueness of the colour combo and it’s been a blast to drive (when I’ve had the chance). Just time to move on.
