The company we bring in is called TrackCam. The photographer is an obvious pro, he shoots everything digital and they burn CDs and make prints right from the equipment in their trailer. The cost is a bit steep, but what the hell, it's only money...
$45.00 USD = 1 image on CD + 1 8x10" print

This actually is coming through the Bus Stop, or as it is officially named the Inner/Outer Loop. I have been doing The Glen long enough I remember when this chicane was not there, but I actuality think it is kind of a fun little twist that has been added to the track.
This is cool because you can see the extreme lean on the inner rear tire as well as the inner front. I have a shot from last year with me in almost the exact same spot on the track, and the car is under much more load this year.
Just so you know, that thing behind me ate me alive just seconds after this pic was taken. I was running in the Instructor group where a lot of high priced toys show up. That is a Trans-Am car from a few years ago. It was an Oldsmobile and I suspect the HP must be in about the 600 range. And let me just say, with speed differentials like that out on the track there is never a moment to rest, you always have to have one eye in the rear view mirror

Great pics Doug! TrackCam definitely takes some great shots, but he is expensive. I ponied up for the 4 shot poster when I went to the Glen in May. Looking at my pics in the bus stop I obviously need to start going faster. You are clearly under more load in the first pic, mine looks closer to your second pic.
