Depending how much track work and how much high reving your car gets I suggest you do this more often than every 62,000 k or 38,500 m...
As a frame of reference, I have my S's valves adjusted every spring, and now that the CRX-SiR is only getting about 5,000 to 7,000 miles per year I may only have them done every 2 to 3 years.
A simple valve adjustment can make a nice little improvement in both engine performance and engine sound.
