When the car stopped the four pipes would be fully open, as the car drove off at lower speeds two flaps would close. Then at higher speeds the two flaps would open and four pipes would expel exhaust. In stop and go traffic the flaps were constantly in action, wonder how reliable they would be in the long term, very cool system though.
the corvette is like that as well. My buddy had an rs4 back in the day and it had the same thing albeit with a push button. This was back in 2008ish?

wow I totally missed that one, all the way back to 2008. Very cool to see it in action from behind the car while it is moving at varying speeds.

Those valves can be boost actuated and not electronically controlled. Keeps thing a bit more reliable

I think we need to ban Christmas music in stores. Really, I know Christmas is coming, you don't have to remind me. And, I'm not going to buy stuff just because you keep playing this shitty music.

ok, that's enough from me.

I often wonder about the poor people who have to work in the environment 40 hours per week, that would be absolutely horrible, like Chinese water torture or even water boarding, lol.

The only thing I don't care for at Christmas time is the commercialization of the event, and Christmas music, everything else is just fine. I also refuse to participate in Boxing Day, Black Friday or whatever the hell names people give to such sales dates, not for me thanks.
