Ride height is the problem with sports cars in the winter. I also don't really find driving fast cars slow that much fun either.

^^ I'm with you.

I love my auto TSX for the winter. It's just lowered with wheels and good tires, makes for a nice, comfortable and chill daily/beater.

Usually don't see ride height ever being an issue. Roads are always cleared or a flattened layer of snow on the roads. Not like the car is plowing through.
I guess the idea behind the GTR is to have a car I can use all year round and take to a track / have fun with

Anyone gut their softtop and regret it? I'm going to install the rollbar in about a month and I'm on the fence about removing my softtop. I'd like the weight savings but not sure if I'll miss driving top down.

Just so you know. Soft top removed with hardware is about 70lbs. Will you notice it on the track. Idk. I removed mine and the only time I regret it was when I sold my car.

i wonder if we can turn the top into a manual top by removing the motors? anyone tried that? Should save a few lbs.

70 lbs is significant. Take a big dump before your track day and you'll be even lighter.
