Default Optimisitc about the weekend

Who here is also feeling like we are going to take a turnaround in the weather this weekend and actually see the numbers projected.

For me I'm seeing a forcast for Sunday of 8 degrees, with a mixture of sun and cloud.

Normally I have no faith in what the weather folks say as they are so often confused and incapable of coming up with a solid forcast unless they look outside.

However given the situation of having the car in drydock for over a month, I have this unexplained feeling of trust. Probably a mistake but damnit if its true then I know I'm gonna whip it out let my freak flag fly (another catch phrase I've wanted to us).

Anyone not with me on this? Even if its incredibly nice will you leave the car parked?

Speaking of taking off things, did you take the 18's off? I hope so because remember what happend when you put them on..

In anticipation of possible driving goodness I am going to go and vroom vroom in the car for a while (on a call)

If it does happen..then I will celebrate by adding Chocolate to Milk.

BTW, how much did you save on insurance by removing it for a couple weeks?

They must think you're loopy

Supposed to be cold today, but warming Firday thru the weekend.

as for the savings, its about 45 bucks a month when I take off the collision.
It now apprears that they don't let you put it on and off, it has to be a one month interval. My agent, being a huge S2000 fan, and possable owner next spring, hooked me up for the weekend, and said he would make an Ooops when I call next week to have it removed again.

Its not alot, but hey 160 bucks or so in my ppocket is pretty good for a phone call.

Its dropped in temps here as well, down to -7 already.

Now I'm seeing that it could snow up here tonight..but then +5 tomorrow.

Yahoo just the weather to foster flu

Anyhow I'm still fully of fluffy optimism

I'm gonna regret that I know already....

Hey Mike,

Are you getting a good rate? My renewal is up for March 2002, and I'm gonna shop around...

Got a contact #?

Currently, I'm paying around $3900/yr for the S, the GS-R, and the BMW (fully insured, all year, all cars).

All rates are going up $200/yr since Canada Trust bought out Canada Life.

I have a 6-star rating and no registered moving violations.

Hook up a brother!

And believe it or not, the insurance on my GS-R is significantly higher than the S!

Peace...
