I have the one door as a high lift. I wanted all 3 but there was some miscommunication between myself the builder and the garage door guy.
Basically the builder who is an old(like 80) Italian guy who knows what you want and what you need whether you agree or not.
So in the end I have one high lift door in the bay where the hoist will go.
Just finished blown-in insulation for the ceiling today, we did R40 so it should hold in the heat.
I'd have them fix that issue considering it wasn't your fault. But ya your setup on the far side is exactly what I wish I had done in my garage. I'm going to convert my side to the high lift just like that... I've been pricing out new tracks and that liftmasters opener to do it.

It requires new tracks, spring setup and opener plus install.
And the builder forgot to charge me for the upgrade to high lift so I'll deal with it. Ultimately I didn't need it as my garage is deep enough that the door won't interfere with the hoist anyway. I just like the look lol.

Thanks! They're also from an Evasive group buy like yours, lol. I got into the group buy late so white was the only option - in hindsight formula silver would have been better for resale, but white should look good on my lemon. And I don't see myself parting with them as long as I own the car.
