Any plans on a B20 VTEC build or a JDM front end conversion? =)
Thanks !. I just finished doing a B20/vtec build for my nephew's Honda Del Sol. While it is a great setup it was a lot of work, and I just feel better revving a GSR motor to 8k rpms compared to a B20 that was based on a CRV block. It might be okay in terms of reliability but I'd rather keep the free revving GSR motor for longevity reasons. I asked my son if he was interested in a JDM front end swap but he thought the USDM Integra front end looked unique, I won't argue with that as it is a cheaper way to go lol, Oddly enough the front end of this integra is almost new looking after 190k kms, it has clear turn signals as the only mod.

Crap, your post was the first time reading about the issue. I should check to see if that's indeed the case.

You likely don't have to worry , if you had the common rust it would be very evident and noticeable, I'm sure you are fine then.

Thanks Jeff, though this is a much different game, nothing like I had in my S2000, I'll learn to like it warts and all lol.

Sorry, still running the stock intake. It's essentially stock. Good luck with your search!

Nice pickup Joey!
I almost bought a GSR back in the day... I really wanted one and even had a deposit down on one.... but then ultimately ended up buying a Yamaha R6 lol.

Post some pics!
