It think its around 1-1/4 inches drop, its by no means slammed. About a "2 finger gap" fender to top of tire. If you set the up ohlins preload correctly you aren't able to slam the car. The rears run out of adjustment.
As far as fender mods; yes its the typical s2000 procedure. I rolled both the front and rear fenders but didn't "pull" them. I also did the bumper tab relocation.

Yes totally! I actually have a set on my workbench as we speak. but to be honest I don't mind the ride height!
