Rather than commissioning someone to do the work (very costly for a high quality job) I would go the route of seat covers. check the link

Yes I saw those covers, and the fit not being perfect would bother me, I’m ok with spending the $$ to get Factory fit and look, but not sure who to trust to do the work.
