soft top patch

soft top patch
Hi yall, Anyone have an old soft top laying around that can spare me a couple of squares for me to patch my top? got a small 2 inch rip,trying to put a patch under it till i can get a new top.

if you want to do a proper patch on an oem top this stuff is what you want

that stuff works great. just gotta make sure you use it on both sides and run it up and down a few times to use the metal frame to press it down.
most effective when i applied on a hot day so the adhesive will bond better.
i haven't had to re-patch at all since i did it a couple of years ago (and i put my top up and down a lot during the summer).
