63 Single Version 2.0 Exhaust System
The T1R Power Exhaust System is a complete, high-flowing 63mm cat-back exhaust designed for optimal performance. The Power Exhaust features 63mm diameter piping with 1.2mm pipe thickness. This provides an extremely high exhaust flow rate for maximum power gain. The T1R Power Exhaust System is made from SUS304 aircraft stainless steel for extra strength, durability, and resistance against corrosion. The Power Exhaust also features a specially heat treated titanium exhaust tip for a distintictive appearance.

63 Sparrow Dual Exhaust System
Highly tuned dual exhaust for maximum power maining low sound decibles and high quality sound. The Sparrow exhaust offers maximum torque for acceleration during mid-rpm ranges.

70R EM Exhaust System (Stainless)

60RT Titanium Exhaust System
After many years of development in exhaust systems for S2000. We offer a special 60mm pipe exhaust in full titanium. The 60RT produces less sound (comparing to 70RT) to fit under regulation for some race tracks in North America. The entire exhaust weighs less than 8 lbs (3.65kg). Comes with mechanical T1R O2 Fix to eliminate CEL (Check Engine Light). Recommended for RACE use ONLY.

Special 4-2-1 equal length design to optimize maximum power and torque to full rpm ranges. 48mm primaries, 55mm secondaries connects to 65mm collector to ensure maximum exhaust flow for F20C and F22C engines. Racing Converter
For maxiumum exhaust flow and power gain, the stock catalytic converter must be replaced with a free flowing test pipe. T1R offers the Racing Converter, a high flowing resonated test pipe, for this purpose only. It is a fully plug and play unit; it is a direct fit replacement and comes with all the necessary sensor holes and T1R O2 Fix Version 2.0.

Bumpsteer Kit (Front)
Do you ever notice how your wheel tugs when driving over un-even roads at high speeds on a lowered S2000? The angle on the steering tie rod has changed due to the lower ride height from coilovers or lowering springs..etc. The factory has designed the steering system to be optimized at the stock height. It takes very little angle in the wheel to make the car steer. The T1R bumpsteer kit returns the steering tie rod to the more optimal and to create stock-like suspension angle.

Crank Pulley
The T1R CNC machined from premium Forged T7075 aluminum billet, and maintains the stock diameter while losing about 30% of the stock weight. At just 30%, the engine response and acceleration will greatly improved. Since the T1R aluminum pulley maintained stock diameter so it does not affect reliability and does not contribute to increased wear, vibration or noise.

Drive Shaft Spacer (Race Version)
When lowering a S2000 , its driveshaft angle will definitely need re-adjustments due to the modifications applied. With the installation of T1R Half shaft spacers, it will prevent the driveshaft from losing its regular position and it is highly recommended for any lowered S2000.
Made out of CNC machined Forged Aluminum for strength and durability. Comes with HIGH-TENSION STEEL bolts and nuts. Special innovative design for easy installation unlike other brands that required to remove the entire driveshaft.

Big Brake system (332mm rotor) in Purple
CNC forged Aluminum twinblock brake calipers with staggered pistons (38.1/41.3mm) to improve initial, controllability and hard braking at all speeds.
Heat treated steel angle slotted rotors with durAluminum hub (floating disc design) are used for excellent heat dissipation and extreme durability while keeping weight down as much as possible.
