I just spent 3 hr. replacing an O2 sensor on my Civic (which should've taken 0.5 hr. as they assured me) at one of the dealers...

Even though before the service they said it was all covered under warranty (which they later changed to extended warranty) ... at the last moment they said that the part is not covered but we are giving it to you in good will but they still had to hit me up for labour ....

Obviously there isn't much I can do but pay and leave... and a bit dissatisfied ... and this is one dealer I would not go back to, to buy nor service any more Hondas...

... so where do you take your s2k to get service / parts replaced and how good are they about in holding up on the warranty portion?

formula honda is a good "no questions asked" type of place....

but, for some reason they CAN'T SEEM TO FIX ****ING DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW!!!!!

Parkway. They let my drive it into the bays and sit beside my car and talk with the guys working on it. Otherwise they know it's the last time they see me, that's only for small regular maintanence. I even take my own synthetic oil. But for hard core engineering mods I only take it to MotoWerx.
