in my best xviper impersonation..

to my knowledge this regulates the voltage of the car's electrical system, whereby you have a constant voltage at all times.

Our normal electrical system's voltage fluctuates under acceleration resulting in power loss and rough power delivery. This unit allows a smoothening of power delivery and optimizing power. Supposedly, Low rpm performance is improved but I don't think anyone knows by how much though. It should help with fuel fuel economy as well. I may get it especially for city driving conditions, that stop and go every day is killer , in the cold, out of the cold.. i know my electrical system must go bonkers
