Accord are notorious for bad axles even aftermarket one, but that wouldn't explain the shaking at idle. I would replace the torque engine mount and see what happens. what \the km on your car?

I bought it with 195k and it now has 220k. The vibrations are still there on both sets of wheels and tires. Its weird because its random on how severe it will vibrate. Sometimes a lot, sometimes just a little.

The one constant is at which speeds it shakes. Always around 40km/h and 100km/h. Always both, so if I accelerate it will always be at 40 and 100.

A friend of mine says his buddy has a CRV with a similar shake and he went to Honda and paid $500+ for a transmission fluid service and a new transmission sensor. After that his friend says his vibration went away. Not sure what kind of sensor that is, but he says it worked for him.
