Test pipes and emissions/cops

do a high flow cat, personally I hate the smell of cat-less autos but that's just me. It's pretty obvious which cars are cat-less when you are driving behind them, I'm surprised more of them don't get caught.

a high flow cat wont net you as much power as a tp. The smell isnt very noticeable (to me at least)... the only thing thats going to get you attention from cops is hella flush wheel fitment and a loud ass exhaust.
conclusion get a tp... and im sure many more people will chime in on this as well.
you will not pass emissions but you can take off and put a tp back on very very easily or you can do it the backwards way and just pay someone an extra 100 bucks.

dyno day was interesting to see the exhaust to some of the cars made no difference over last year.

well my car was an o5 with a T1R single exhaust stock cat. I put down 199whp
Kryptonite has an 04 with a T1R single with a test pipe, he dyno'd @ 203whp
For a $100 dollar mod to gain 4-5whp is pretty decent. Downfall is to remove it when going to emissions and possibility of running into trouble with the police.
