Wheel experts?
 

To all of the wheel experts on this forum, I have done some research but I wanted some opinions for you guys as well. I'm looking into purchasing a 2003 production of the Volks GTC wheels. They are in a bit of ruff shape but I think you can bring them back to LIFE with some love and care. I'm willing to do the work but I have a few questions that I can't find answers for.

1. Any risk in buying such an old wheel, will it crack or bend under pressure?
2. Where can I find the spec to re torque the wheel nuts when I'm putting it back together? (2 piece wheel)
