My guess really is the drive by wire, and the VSA. It is a highly liked feature for the general market, not so much for the hardcore enthusiast. It can always be turned off though, as I always say . 06+ also has the hondata flashpro advantage.

I made a spreadsheet when buying my S as well. For the most part I just saw a boost in price from mileage being under 80k and the regular price increase as you moved up to newer cars.
Then again you have AP1s priced higher than most AP2s right now. Market is all sorts of fawked

Maybe, but there's definitely been other 06's (in rio yellow too) with considerably lower mileage for about the same and even less. But with such a crummy selection in the market right now, people can ask for whatever they want.

The market is crazy to say the least.
Just recently, a few 00-01s with 100,000 kms have been posted for around $18,000. That's crazy. And these people are pretty firm on the prices. These cars are worth no more than $14,000.
This past spring I had the opportunity to buy an 00 with 100k kms for 13,500 (no accidents whatsoever). I passed because I knew deep down I wanted an AP2. I feel bad for doing this now that such an opportunity is unlikely to happen again.

The car is mine. I have owned it since 2007, and it has never been abused or seen snow.
I would assume a 2006 would be worth more than a 2000/2001/2002 etc, and also as Fluky has said being a 2006 you can use a FlashPro.
I have looked and believe I have priced the car well. Honestly didn't go look at the lower priced 2006 S2k's, but maybe they have been abused and in rough shape.
The 2006 Rio from Acura Sherway sold for $23,500 last week or two. and it has mods so not sure who owned it and if it has been abused and driven hard.
MKAM23 - If you are interested you can have a look anytime, and/or ask others on here as they have seen the car as recently as Sunday at the Speedstar event.

I think this car is priced fairly. Just because someone saw a cheaper one somewhere does not mean this seller needs to adjust his price. The cheaper one could be a beater and this one could be mint. Cars need to be seen because condition is one of the key factors (most important to me) besides year and km. Don't forget, newer = more expensive.
