Will 04 lip fit on the 00-03's?

Will 04 lip fit on the 00-03's?
Just saw some pics of the 04 front lip and I think it looks pretty nice. I was just wondering if any knows if it'll fit on the 00-03's or if you think it will? I was thinking that the 03 lip might go over top of the 00-03 air ducts and that would prevent it from flowing evenly with the look of the car. Well, let me know what you think.
