Wine Tour Cruise!
It was talked about a bit at the speedstar event, but lets get this discussion going here on the forums. First, we have to convince s2kobsession to let iDomN8U take his type R (I believe thats what it was) to be our lead car! His current car (tercel or corolla?) wouldnt be able to lead us. He is the one who knows the roads too.
For those who dont know what the wine tour is, its a cruise through the southern ontario region and along the falls. Great views, and normally done when the leafs (Leafs fan ) are turning. I know its called the wine tour. For the younger crowd like myself who dont drink wine, it would be great to bring home a few bottles of wine for the parents. I do believe you bottle some wine right?

Dates have been picked!
If it rains for the first Sunday, we have a backup date below
Leaving Grimsby at 12:15 pm SHARP. Aim for arriving at 12:00pm or earlier.
If someone can get a google map dot thingy for Grimsby, Casablanca, that would be great. Im no good with google maps.

ya dom can lead NP. Usually this cruise is a week or two before the cars get put away for the winter. It's somewhat of a "season finale" for us. I will have to look at my schedule and talk to Dom to see what best date for this would be as he will either have to bring along the little one in a back seat or call on the in-law for some babysitting

Seeing as how i live in the Falls, and seeing as how the last two years have been fantastic i am 100% down for this! Make a date and ill be sure to take it off work.
The roads that we take are all very smooth and paved nicely. If there happens to be any random construction at the time i can figure out a quick detour for us no problem.
Use to drive those roads every weekends last year. Lots of good ones, some in nasty condition though, although they could have fixed them. Haven't been out for a few months.

I'd be honoured to lead another wine tour this fall.
As for the baby seat, I'll arrange baby siting for the day.
This is more of a cruise, so I don't need a track prepped car, but my tercel just sucks for these type of things, so I could also go with my wife's RSX. doesn't matter.
It's too early to get my head around the details, but I would image something similar to before.
Snack, cruise, wine tour, cruise, dinner (Port Dalhousie)
I was thinking about doing multiple wine tours instead of just one this time.
We'll finalize that as time goes on
