So far have installed an izzie air pump delete, Blox front bumpsteer kit, Clear/JDM AP1 headlight diffusers, Bride Zeta 2 / buddy club rail, Panavise iphone mount, and a hardwired dash cam.

I also have a whiteline front sway bar, Blox rear diff collars, energy suspension rear swaybar bushings, PW:JDM CF cooling plate, Apexi VAFC2 and Goodridge stainless brake lines waiting to go in when I have the time.

I actually created a spreadsheet so I wouldn't lose track of parts hiding in boxes that I haven't installed and parts I'm waiting on. It's currently 64 line items long (most are just minor things). But there's only a few things I can actually do over the winter though given that I live in a condo. I'll swap out my K&N for the J's intake. Should be able to install the brake ducts and get the J's bumper on. I've got a J's header and a Amuse rep hardtop on order so should be able to install those when I get them. I can probably drill out the holes for the harnesses. I'm going to put a heat shield on the CFRP hood and wrap the header. And I'll pull out all the panels to install the rollbar in the spring. Everything else will wait until spring or later.

Hopefully this weekend I can finally replace my clutch and flywheel.

My son had no interest in cars for his first 15 years and wanted nothing to do with them. This week he insisted on helping me change the oil, diff fluid, and tranny fluid. We got the car on jackstands and we need to flush the brake fluid and do a yearly brake service as well. He has a fondness for EK hatches all of a sudden too :confused: 13-15 years can be a very strange age for boys, nothing I can relate to.

My 2001 NFR was a dedicated track car that i'm making street worthy again. My winter restomod project. I've come very far but still a ways to go.

To do list so far in no particular order:

- Complete Hardtop wiring for defroster by installing subharness
- replace driver side seat belt and tensioner
- Fit and install Downforce wide front fenders
- replace fender liners with new ones
- Install headlights and associated brackets because they were bent from previous owner
- unwiretuck electric power steering wiring (previous owner did this smh)
- Install Radium dual catch can kit
- Install K&N FIPK intake
- Install windshield washer fluid system and get it working
- replace/secure various interior plastics and trim pieces
- Cut and weld rear fenders to accommodate ASM wide fender flares
- reinstall front AP2 bumper with all associated plastic pieces
- install updated AP1 taillights
- drop rear subframe to restore fuel tank and install fuel sender unit with walbro unit
- install cusco rear subframe brace
- remove trunk mounted fuel cell installed by previous owner
- replace rotors and pads
- brake/clutch fluid change
- install stoptech stainless steel brake lines
- remove HSD monopro coilovers and replace with Ohlins DFV coilovers with Sakebomb garage rear extended lower shock cup
- get an alignment

After winter:
Paint entire car and fix couple of dents
Install OEM rear lip spoiler
New 255/40-17 pilot sports on 4 corners

Man, that's a lot of work.

I got two new rear tires installed on my ap1 rims, new Dragon shoes. They are as wide as I can get for 7.5 inch rims at 245-45-16. My version of meaty, beady, big, and bouncy :)
