hi guys,
i've already spoken to a few of you regarding this, but thought i should get this out to everyone so we can start thinking about it.
a friend of mine just opened up a detail shop in markham - Fine Details (it's a franchise).
there was some talk this summer of getting together in an indoor environment to detail our cars, but it was hard to come up with a decent sized place to do this - until now.
his shop has a couple of vacs, a couple of compressors/spray guns and he has all the detail materials that a typical shop would carry (except zaino). his shop can hold 12-15 cars indoor with a large parking area in front.
i know most of you prefer to use zaino, so all we need his place for is washing/cleaning and the fact that it's indoors. we would also do the washing/cleaning ourselves - he'll be around to lend a hand, but most of you prefer to do your own cars.
i've already spoken to him about this and has asked me to suggest a date for us to do this - it would have to be a sunday.
of course we would have to pay for the use of his water, materials (if we use them), towels, etc...
most people that i spoke to thought $20 per car was fair.
please advise if you're interested.
thanks-
nimesh

Nice idea Nimesh, I'm in with one of the vehicles.
I really want to get the 4runner ready for winter as it'll take the full brunt of it all.
I'll bring the PC.

Good Idea for those needing a quick coat before winter storage.
Once a date can be set, then I can PM Homer2 and see if a massive order can be placed and he can deliver ?
