Until this point it's been a feeler as I obviously don't want to sell it, but moving forward my fiancé and I have some other life priorities and in order to make it happen I will have to let this go.

I still would like to keep this in the S2ki community for as long as possible before posting and dealing with Kijiji people. Lol.
