Mint Condition Ap1 OEM Parts - Low Mile , Like New

Pricing is based on pick-up in London, Ontario. I am willing to ship but shipping cost would be extra of course.
I've had a basement full of Ap1 parts for some time, all parts came off a 2003 Ap1 with very low miles - parts have only 37k kilometres max. A some of my parts came from a US S2000 that had 3k miles on it before it was turbocharged, and parts came off the car before their mod project. Most parts are off a local car was a mint S2000 with 37k kms only, that was not winter driven. I know the owner of the vehicle where most of the parts came from, so all parts are legit. I tend to sell and buy parts at 50% cost of new, given the increased difficulty in getting new parts each year I think this is fair. If you don't like the price listed just shoot me a pm and we can discuss. I will go through the list over the next few days and update pricing as needed, just throwing this out there for now. All parts are in London , Ontario, may need to be picked up or shipping extra.
Air conditioner compressor - $50
Alternator - $50 - missing the connector nut for the pulley as I swapped pullies and can't locate the nut, comes with the pulley though, if I can locate the nut I will assemble it.
Ap1 rear LED trunk 3rd brake light - mint- $75
e-brake cable - $20
Radiator fans - two of them - $20 for both
misc pedals - brake, clutch, gas - $10 for all three
Hardtop front latches - oem - $150 for two of them.
one oem hardtop exterior metal moulding , passenger side, it has a small ding on it, but overall good shape - $20, This is the black metal strip that sits on the sides of the hardtop, oem Honda.
one interior oem hardtop hard plastic rear panel, I believe it is the driver side - $20 brand new never used
MAP sensor - $20
Water pump - $20
oem air box lid - $10

Various suspension arms , spindles, front and rear - pricing $50 each , depending on what you need, shoot me a pm to specify.
Box of Honda bolts, big box with hundreds of bolts that cover suspension and most body bolts - $50 for the whole box, weighs about 20 lbs ? the box was filled when the low mile S2000 was parted out.
Potential Parts for sale at future date - Mugen Carbon Fiber Hardtop - Authentic with Mugen titanium badges - all parts including heel/toe hardtop locks, painted sebring silver - mint- $7,000 cdn
J's Racing type S carbon fiber hood - painted sebring silver, cutaway for Mugen Intake clearance - $1,000

I just pick up a nice 46K MY03 AP1 tranny this morning for $800, yours is 37K for $900 is very good price, I've would of grab the tranny off you if I didn't pick one up.
