Ok I just got a sample back from the engraver. They tested all over the shift knob so hard to get great pictures but the size is perfect imo now. A good bit bigger and wider than before and still very precise!
Here are a few pictures of it so you can get an idea of the new size the engraving will be offered in.
I can set up pre ordering if people are interested in that to lock in for the first batch. I am running low on the shift knobs so ordering more of the balls to produce them so that will take about 2 weeks till the balls are produced. After that should be 1 week till I have engraved in stock.

Also shown below is the new titanium shift knob I got. Weighs in at about 280 grams it looks like. Same 2" size as the stainless ones.
I will be attempting to give it a nice burn later today.

Seen here compared to the last engraving that was done to show the difference in size.

Titanium shift knob.

I posted it on my site. Can't say exactly how long till they would be shipping but posted them available for back order on my site now. Should be 3-4 weeks I believe till they are done and shipping out.

I might open a new thread for pre ordering the engraved ones so people don't have to read all the pages of this to find it as well.

Just received my standard brushed stainless knob. Initial thoughts are:

1. Feels incredible in your hand. I don't have it in the car yet. Just sitting at my desk at work and the knob feels like a million bucks. This makes the stock knob feel cheap and toy-like.

2. The exclamation point after "Over 1 LB.!" in your avatar does not begin to describe the weight of this thing. It is fabulous. I can only imagine how much smoother and more solid shifting is going to feel with this added heft at the top of the shifter.

I really went back and forth on whether I wanted the stock CR shift knob or this one and I am so glad that I chose yours.

Best Wishes.
