About Zeitronix
Zeitronix has been a part of the racing scene for many years. We support race teams in US and around the world. We have been offering high grade automotive electronics available to high performance enthusiasts and wining race teams since 1998.
To assure the highest quality of our products are designed using tough military standards and industrial derating guidelines. We strongly believe that consumer grade electronics has no place in tough automotive environment. Our engineering group has years of experience designing military, medical, automotive and industrial electronics. Using modern, state of the art surface mount assembly equipment and process control adds additional level of robustness to our products.
All our products are designed, manufactured and fully tested in USA. We do not take any shortcuts!
Warranty
Our products carry 6 months manufacturing warranty. If you have problems with our product contact us, 99% of all issues can be resolved remotely. All returns and warranty repairs need to be authorized. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. All returns must be received in new unused condition within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not warranty or refund sensors. Our products are fully tested and made in the USA.
This year at the 2009 SEMA Auto Show, Zeitronix was very honored to receive awards for both the Zeitronix Ethanol Content Analyzer and the Zt-2 Model 2010 Wideband Datalogging System. The Ethanol Content Analyzer was the winner of a 1st Runner Up award in the “Best New Performance Racing Product” category and also received a SEMA “Global Media Award” from international journalists. The new Zeitronix Model 2010 Zt-2 Wideband System also received a "Global Media Award". Zeitronix products participated in a a field of more than 2700 new products at this years show.

The Award Winning Zt-2 Model 2010 Wideband Datalogging System The Zeitronix Wideband Air/Fuel ratio meter and datalogging system is a high quality, stand-alone system for use with carbureted and electronic fuel injection engines. Zt-2 Wideband Kits provide the best bang for your buck delivering unmatched quality, features and capabilities for very reasonable prices. Our system provides the accuracy of a Dyno Air/Fuel reading right in your vehicle as well as multiple engine parameters. Our base system is very easy to install and retails at $279 which includes:
Supports: Air/Fuel ratio as AFR/Lambda, plus RPM, Vacuum, Boost, Exhaust Gas Temperature, Throttle Position, 0-5 volt sensors, and Air/Fluid temperature sensors. Zt-2 Specs
The Zt-2 communicates with the PC Laptop via the serial port. The ZDL logging software records up to 9 hours of data per single file. Different screen options are available. It has a black background for easy night tuning. The logging start, stop and pause accessible from keyboard shortcuts. Excel and text data export.
Win98/NT/2000/ME/XP/Vista/Windows 7 compatible.
You do not need P4, P3 or even P2 laptop. We understand that you want to leave your new laptop at home and dedicate the old one to car tuning. We give you well optimized software. If your laptop is capable of running Win95 and up it is good enough for the Zeitronix logging software.
The digital gauge screen option could be used when purchasing the Zt-2 without the LCD display.
The EGT Sensor
Zt-2 reads the exhaust gas temperature through a standard K thermocouple, the same as used by most aftermarket EGT gauges. You can retrofit your EGT probe with supplied Zt-2 style 2 pin connector or purchase a new probe from us. Moreover, we offer 8' chromel-alumel extension wire with the Zt-2 style connector in case you need to extend your EGT probe.

ZR-2 Multi Gauge
The Multi Gauge works with all versions of the Zeitronix Zt-2 Wideband AFR meter and Datalogging System. The ZR-2 plugs into the Zt-2 DATA port. For clean and easy plug and play installation, power and serial data is supplied from the Zt-2 DATA port. There are no additional +12V or ground wires. The ZR-2 cable length is 5 ft (1.5m)
MOUNTING OPTIONS
The ZR-2 gauge is only 6/8" (19mm) thick. The back of the gauge is completely flat with cable hidden in a cavity and can be surface mounted almost anywhere inside the car cabin using a piece of Velcro or double sided tape. The ZR-2 base allows the gauge to be mounted in a standard 2” 1/16 (52mm) gauge pod. For additional mounting options the package includes 2 set screws and 2 nuts.

LCD Setup Overview
Yes, you can be fast without the A-pillar gauges. The LCD display gives you a stealth look and important data in high contrast digital format. The aluminum enclosure dimensions are 4.7" x 2" x 0.9" , slightly larger than the LCD display itself. The LCD fonts are bright white on a black background. High contrast LCD digits are visible even in a direct sunlight. A push of a button located on the right side of the LCD shows peak and hold maximum AFR, Lambda, EGT and Boost values. The LCD display communicates with the Zt-2 digitally through a serial interface. This allows for a clean display installation in the car, since all heavy wire connections are going to the Zt-2. The display serial cable is thin, black and easily blends with the dash. The new overlay is made from hard coated, scratch resistant material.
