The manufacturer has promised that the new LEDs will go out on Sunday (Monday over there). I should have the replacements very soon.

Another update from China.
Last week, (after much arguing) we agreed that they would send the replacement LEDs to me while I sent the old ones back. I even sent them pictures of postage on the box I shipped back to them!
They said they would have the LEDs to me within a week. I email them last night, and now they're saying again that they must receive the returned LEDs before shipping mine out.

They have NOT ONCE adhered to a date they've given their customer.

I'll update as I find out more info.
