We do a lot of local installations so I will see if our techs have time to take some pictures one of these days. It takes us no more than 45 minutes to install and is really straight forward. There are 2 bolts that attach to the underside of the front bumper. Then we use a metal strapping bracket that goes up near the radiator and secures with one 10mm bolt.

No cutting but you do need to trim an area for the clearance of the plate to retract.
