Hi, I ordered the Berk HFC 7 days ago. Have not got any shipment notifications. Emailed you about info on my account. Called an left multiple voicemails over several days and have not gotten a single response from you via email or a returned call (no voicemails). Can you please contact me? Had I known this I would have ordered elsewhere so I could have gotten the product sooner.

Hi. I still haven't received the hfc and you never got back to me after you said you'd check with berk. I sent a follow up PM on 9/5 and you didn't respond nor are you answering the phone. It's been 3 weeks since I order the part and my S2000 is sitting on a lift waiting for it. This is ridiculous. Please call my cell that I sent in the pm. Preferably in the afternoon central time.
