[QUOTE]
The exhaust prototype is done. We'll be running the exhaust on our S2000 at the Super Street/Primedia Super Lap Battle Finals on 11/7.

I'll have some pictures & vids up of the car shortly.

A little info on the exhaust. We've dubbed it the Berk UHV exhaust, I'll tell you what it means tomorrow.

Ultra High Volume?

A friend of mine said that ceramic coating falls of easily in our winter (lots of slush and snow and salt on the roads). is it true? have you had any feedback concernig this problem?
Very close. Ultra High Velocity. Twin 57mm tubes, vs. one large 80mm tube.

About the coating, HPC backs the coating with their own 1 year warranty. If the coating flakes then they will re-coat at no charge.

If you've ever tried to grind this stuff off you know that it's on there.

Anyone with our header that can share his experiences? I know some of you have had these for over 6 months now.

I'll check around on the UK forum where there are more of our products. But right now I'm 50/50 on that. I've only had one report from someone in Singapore, but there are about 25 of our headers in the UK which I haven't heard anything about yet. Those are all RHD over there.

Bryan,
I'm very interested in the high-flow cat! Any more details?
Is it a real catalytic converter inside? I mean will I pass inspection /smoke test with it?
If yes, how many cells?
If no, is it just a look-a-like cat housing, but basically a test pipe inside?

Thank you!
btw, I love the HPC coated header on my car!

Yes it is an actual catalytic converter, not just a resonator. Here are some pictures & a link with more info:

I just put my new headers and hi-flow cat on my 06. One minor disappointment is that the coating was easily scraped off the headers during installation. They are a very tight installation from the top. I don't see how to avoid them rubbing on something.

Other than that everything fit perfectly. I am surprised how much more forceful the exhaust sounds with just these two pieces installed. I am hesitant to say I am getting more power. I know the new sound sure makes it seem like there is more power.

Now if Berk just had a well designed cat back exhaust to match up to their header and cat.

I almost forgot, No CEL's

Here's the soon to be released exhaust. Full titanium mufflers (not just the tips), unique twin 57mm design. Same flow as a single 80mm, but with twice the velocity, and ~4x's quieter.
