Bump from a very happy customer! I just installed mine (driver's side) this week and got the system charged today. Everything works great - nice, cold A/C that doesn't get hot when I stop in traffic. (The turbo was warming up the OEM lines on the passenger side.) Thanks, David! I took a ton of pics and will post them later.

Some pics... I'll re-do some of the work later when I have time. For now, I'm just thrilled to have a key piece of my engine bay cleanup done.

Fittings installed:

New lines connected:

I used a jigsaw to cut away the plastic pieces so they'd fit. Didn't do the best work, but hey it's done...

Then I made a crappy bracket to bend the other hoses away from the exhaust manifold so I could remove the heat shield.

I zip-tied the new lines up under the hard pipe that's bolted to the firewall. (I don't think this is where David intended them to go, but I was too chicken to move them lower.) Later on I'll space them out a bit so they're not touching it. For now I just didn't want them moving around.
