GT Design - Titanium Intake Arm & 40mm Lug Nuts
12/14/07 - We are currently offering a SPECIAL introductory christmas price for these items! Offer is only valid until the end of the month.
All GT Design Ti products are made of the highest quality 6A14V grade Titanium alloy for superior strength and durability.
After several months of R&D, we've finally finished the final production piece of our GT Design Ti intake pipe arm. It's polished titanium with the burn treatment. Unfortunately as of right now, we've only made this to fit with the Mugen intake. Currently, the intake pipe will only fit 00-05 AP1/AP2 S2000s without any modification. 06-07 will require drilling for the senor and plug cover for the additional nipple extension.
We did our best to ensure the bends are as close to stock as possible. You can see how smooth the welds are from the inside of the pipe.
All installation hardware is included:
- Titanium intake arm
- 2 silicone hose ( BLACK ONLY )
- 4 hose clamps
- Vacuum Hose
Everything will be ready for install!! No additional parts needed!!

INSTALLED ON THE CAR:
Price is $380 SHIPPED within the 48 states.
Stock Air Box GB - 10 minimum to produce

2. LcS2000
3.
================================================== ====
GT Design Ti Lug Nuts, Raw finish w/titanium burn. The lugs are 40mm long. We've ensure the quality to be top notch on our Titanium lines.
The only reason for us to produce these in titanium is that aluminun tends to strip and stainless steel corrodes...and they also look pretty!
Lugs will come in a complete set of 20.

Don't get me wrong this is a BEAUTIFUL piece but your target audience is very narrow as buyers MUST have a Mugen or a Mugen replica, correct? An OEM replacement would likely sell more pieces.
What duct was used on the ASM bumper, please?

Do it Tommy, make a batch for the oem air box. A lot of us have snorkels and gutted air boxes as opposed to Mugen intakes. I've thought about getting the samco intake arm, but this one is a lot nicer!
