As long as your intercooler piping and such doesnt hang any lower than stock. This basically replaces your plastic underpanel on your stock bumper. So if you had to remove your stock plastics to install your intercooler then it probably wont work.

Some people have been asking if the underpanel is blue. It is not. The blue is basically a film that Beatrush puts over to prevent scratches and such. It is supposed to be peeled off. Some people leave it on cause they like the blue. But it is all aluminum silver. Here is a pic of the other side where you see the silver:

Any additional mounting bolts or clips included with it?

Yup! You will get a bag full of all the hardware/bolts/etc. to install the underpanel.

Bump for a great product! I remember seeing this brand and product back when I was a Celica owner and these were first introduced all those years ago.

Is this compatible with an AEM V2 intake (which routes to the passenger side front bumper)? Or would the aluminum need to be trimmed?

Yeah man, we used to be all over the Celica forums and sold tons of Beatrush for that car. We love that chassis

There may be interference, though we havent personally seen any S2000 with that style intake with this underpanel.
