Sits a little higher normally as you have to adjust it to make sure engraving is straight.

Just placed an order (Anvil 2 with red engraving, delivered to the UK):

Shipping could not be calculated because I'm in the UK...How do you want me to pay the shipping costs?

Or is it free shipping to the UK too?

Are either one of the middle knobs in stock at this current moment? Are they called candy red/blue pearl? Thanks.

I don't have any in that finish right now for the Anvil 2 model. I do have the candy blue pearl for the Anvil 2 model in stock and then have the candy teal pearl finish for the Anvil model as shown above.
