Just found another problem. My sway bar end links are different pitches on the thread. So I have 4 nuts that match only two bolts.

Yes, I encountered all of these issues also. Since I had some track days coming up, I just did the modifications myself to make it fit. It was definitely disappointing. It felt like a great example of "Made in China" manufacturing quality. However, as far as I can tell so far, the bar functions as advertised. I didn't feel as strongly as some here, since I knew going in that this was not a production piece like an Eibach bar. Not that that is an acceptable excuse.

I’m posting in here for people who maybe have not installed it to save them time. Also since I can’t find it anywhere. Which whole is soft,medium,hard settings? I assume soft is the farthest back, middle is obvious and closest to front of the car is firm?

Longer lever arm is always going to be softest. The closer you get to the pivot point, the more leverage advantage the bar has.
