The difference between the current ST40 Kit and the new C43 (Competition series) kits:

C43 is 4.54 lbs (see attached photo) – half the weight of the 8 lb ST40

309x32 rotor is 11 lbs while 328x28 is 12.9 lbs

C43 uses the DR22 Pad shape, 11% more pad volume than the ST40 pads

309x32 retails for $99.99, 328x28 retails for $255.00 (replacement costs)

There is no difference in force output between ANY of the front S2K BBK kits, C43, ST40, ST60 – caliper piston sizes change with rotor size to keep the system balanced with the rear output.
