Our goal for this rear braking system was to provide a high-torque rear brake solution for the Honda S2000 which retains the stock e-brake. This rear brake system was developed to be used in conjunction with our AP Competition Front Brake Kit for the S2000. While our Competition Front Brake Kit performs exceptionally well, the stock rears left some additional braking potential on the table. Our rear brake kit utilizes a stock RX8 rear caliper with a billet 6061 aluminum mounting bracket to increase and optimize rear brake torque by allowing the use of 301x19mm 2005-2014 Mustang rear rotors. This makes for an unbelievable performance for price bargain, with easily sourced and widely available replacement parts!
To preserve practical use and street-ability, our kit retains E-brake functionality, utilizing a set of brake line relocating brackets.
