Default Valve cover painting

Does anyone know a decent place or person to take my valve cover to for painting? I'd rather not send it off if I don't have to.

They did my rims last year and I spoke with Al today about a two tone coat for my valve cover, $100.00.

1. aircraft stripper/remover to take the powdercoat off
2. a can of high-temp gloss in the color you like
3. Nice even strokes and multiple light coats to build up color
