Just passing along some info from the local Z club:

Alamo Karts Car Club Challenge
Date: May 26th
Time: Noon
Location: Alamo Karts, Boerne - http://www.alamokarts.com/
Price: $45 for 3 sessions


They will be leaving Cars and Rides around 11am to 11:30am to head out to the track. Setup will similar to last years each club will compete for bragging rights.

You will get
1. Practice run
2. Qualifying Run
3. Race Run
4. *Maybe some fun race runs


So who wants to represent the local S2000 community?

We won the first year, not sure about last year!

Even if you don't want to race come out to watch some fun karting races and mingle with other car enthusiasts.

Calling all S2K drivers. I just added as a member, but what to invite all you to our event on Saturday. Follow us after Coffee & Rides to have a good time while competing for bragging rights. Regular price for 3 runs like this is $65; Alamo Karts is giving us this entire event for $45 each.

In addition, Alamo Karts has provided ZSport & friends with their party room to relax when not racing (complete with big screen TV to feature our goPRO footage), and are also known to open up their engines for more power than usual. These aren't your typical 'Malibu' karts. Were talking 9hp single-seaters averaging 40mph through the course! Lots of fun.

FYI: we are hoping to get one other club to compete, so it should be a good time to relax and chill with clubs who all have the same interests in mind.

i really wish that Track 21 and local car clubs were this cool in Houston. seems like ya'll dudes are having some fun!
